By accessing this website or engaging Martin HR & Notary Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.
Services
Martin HR & Notary Services provides human resources consulting, leadership consulting, workplace strategy, and Pennsylvania mobile notary services. Service availability may vary based on scheduling, location, and applicable legal requirements.Engagements may require a signed service agreement, proposal acceptance, or appointment confirmation before services begin.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:Payment for notary services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the appointment.HR consulting retainers are billed monthly.Project-based consulting fees are due according to the terms outlined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.Outstanding balances may result in delayed or suspended services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Notary appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation or travel fee when applicable.HR consulting engagements are governed by the cancellation and termination provisions contained in the applicable client agreement.
Mobile Notary Services
Pennsylvania law requires the signer to:Appear in person (unless a service is specifically authorized by Pennsylvania law).Present satisfactory identification when required.Be willing and aware of the document being signed.Sign voluntarily and without coercion.Martin HR & Notary Services reserves the right to refuse a notarization when required or permitted under Pennsylvania law.We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or advise clients regarding the legal effect of any document.
Confidentiality
Information shared during HR consulting engagements will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is authorized by the client, required by law, or necessary to provide contracted services.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, and original materials, is the property of Martin HR & Notary Services unless otherwise noted and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
